Hayes Country Park Residents Association

This Association has been created to bring together all residents and collaborate to improve the pleasantness and well-being of the infrastructure and services at Hayes Country Park.
We seek to offer a point of contact and support for all members to enable everyone to have a safe route of consultation with both the site management and site owner.
We look to ensure that all residents can reside in a cohesive, safe, and happy community at Hayes Country Park.
We support the future of the community club and coffee shop for all to enjoy.
We have adopted the 2012 model constitution in line with the Mobile Homes Act 1983 (as amended). A copy of the constitution can be downloaded from the link below.

We now have a bank account and are able to receive both membership and IPHAS registration fees. An account number and sort code for electronic payments has been sent to all members in a recent email.
We also have a 'live' website. This will help us keep in contact with members and ensure that the Association develops and grows.
We may seek to establish a 'face-book' page but this may have to wait until we have established how well the website works when communicating with members.
We will need to formally elect a committee to take the Association forward and provide continuity.
Initial registration fees have been sent to IPHAS and we will forward certificates as soon as they are received so that you can access independent advice and information about park home living.

We will seek to create a residents' 'help-line' for anyone who may need help with shopping, getting to the doctors, hospital or just having someone to talk to.
We are finalising a short set of additional rules to accompany the draft constitution and these will be available on the web-site shortly.
